April 29 and 30 were action packed days spent with two dynamos, Tracy Roberts, the Director of Learning and Teaching from BCcampus, and her colleague Britt Dzioba.
The workshop explored opportunities and applications for Liberating Structures: facilitation strategies designed for meetings, planning sessions, instruction, and community engagements. Participants from across campuses and portfolios gathered in Kelowna to share ideas and try a variety of Liberating Structures on for size – looking at ways to incorporate these strategies into their respective areas. A wealth of valuable insights were shared as we explored the core concepts of the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û²éѯ College Learning Framework.
